Bay du Nord first litter is a Yakutian Laika litter. Co-operated with Melita Miklusáková and Bellissima GlemBell kennel. Unfortunately after waiting months and years to manage registering a newly accepted FCI breed in Slovakia they still can not tell us any specific info about when will it be accepted. So we together with Melita agreed that Enya her laika's litter will be registered in Hungary where they are actively breeding this breed now for years, so managing everything was easy.

This is a breed with ancient history, which was faithful companion of man due harsh winters in Yakutsk, Russia. Where sometimes can be even -35°/-40° celsius. They history goes back more thousands of years before, when they were used as hunting, herding, draft animals, mail carriers and also pets. This is a breed which kept it's original form and did not change almost nothing.
They are loyal, friendly, without any sign of agression as they were breed with purpose. Perfect for working, mantrailing, rescue, sledding and epsecially for families who likes activities.
